Henry Jackson Faces A Civil Suit

December 17, 2008 - 8:27am
Smith County Precinct 1 Constable Henry Jackson will soon be back in court, this time, facing a civil suit.
After an investigation back in August, Jackson pleaded no contest to a Class C misdemeanor assault charge after he was accused of sexually harassing 3 women working with him at his security company.
One of those women filed a lawsuit against Jackson and his company, claiming Jackson touched her inappropriately without her permission.
We spoke with the woman's attorney, Bill Hommel.
He tells us his client is asking for actual and punitive damages.
