Educator acknowledged using inappropriate language on campus

Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; the principal at Attucks Middle School has been disciplined and accused of using a racial slur.

Student Marques Carter says Deirdre Sharkey used the N-word when she got upset while trying to get a food fight in the cafeteria under control.
