The following is an after-action report from our most recent multi-agency No-Refusal DWI campaign, July 2nd through July 4th, 2010:

Total DWI arrests for the No-Refusal campaign for all agencies were 18.

-DPS had 9 DWI arrests during the No-Refusal campaign.

-Tyler PD had 7 DWI arrests during the No-Refusal campaign.

- Bullard PD had 2 DWI arrests during the No-Refusal campaign.

Total evidentiary search warrants for blood issued were 5.

-DPS obtained 3 evidentiary search warrants for blood.

-Tyler PD obtained 1 evidentiary search warrant for blood.

-Bullard PD obtained 1 evidentiary search warrant for blood.

This is a grand total of 18 DWI arrests, with 5 (28%) evidentiary search warrants issued.
