Fire substantially damages Arp house

ARP - Volunteer firefighters from Arp and Troup worked together to extinguish a house fire this morning.
Neighbors called 9-1-1 before 7:30 when they saw flames at a house on Bradford Street in Arp.
No one was injured in the fire, and the cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
