Money will build and repair police stations, fire houses, parks and libraries

The Houston Chronicle is reporting; Houston voters would be asked in November to let City Hall borrow $410 million to build and repair police stations, fire houses, parks, libraries and recycling centers under a bond plan Mayor Annise Parker unveiled Wednesday.
