Happened at a business in N.W. Houston

Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting;  Homicide detectives are investigating a fatal shooting this evening at a business in northwest Houston.

According to initial reports, one person was shot and killed about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at a strip shopping center in the 5500 block of Yale near Tidwell, authorities said.

Although the investigation was in the early stages, Houston police said the fatal shooting may have been connected to a robbery at a business in the shopping center.
