Houston-based Hines: considering building an upscale high-rise apartment complex in the Museum District

The Houston Chronicle is reporting; Museum District residents plan to fight the announced development of a high-rise apartment complex planned for the neighborhood, claiming it would disrupt the nature of the area.

Last month, Houston-based Hines said it was considering building an upscale high-rise apartment complex in the Museum District.  Hines is known for building the Galleria, Williams Tower and some of downtown’s most notable skyscrapers.
