East Texas — A Hughes Springs woman arrested in September and charged with sexual assault of a child faced another charge Monday.

Angela Swafford, 39, was arrested and charged with indecency with a child sexual contact for a Sept. 18 assault of a 15-year-old victim, according to Gregg County judicial records.
