Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; The national Hispanic population is soaring while voter registration is declining, experts who study voting trends have found recently.
According to data from the U.S. Census Bureau's Current Population Survey, Hispanic voter registration dropped from 11.6 million in 2008 to 10.9 million in 2010.
