Plane crashes in Iran

TEHRAN, Iran (AP) - All 168 people aboard an Iranian passenger plane are dead after the Russian-made plane crashed into a field after taking off from Tehran. Iran's airlines are plagued by maintenance problems and have had numerous crashes in recent years. Iranian officials often blame U.S. sanctions for the problems.
