Longview had to win a game just to get into the playoffs. They lost the opener to Naaman Forest and had to win two on Saturday. The Lobos are still rolling. They'll play at Plano friday and they'll host a game on Saturday. Pine Tree tied for the district championship. They lost to Hallsville for the top seed. Then, they lost to Lucas Lovejoy. They had to win two on Saturday and they did. Spring Hill needed a 4-3 walkoff win against Mineola to advance. The Panthers are still alive. They're going to play against Rains at Harmony. Lots of good stuff for local baseball."
