Jack Stallard talked with KETK's Danny Elzner about the Longview Lobos and the Kilgore Bulldogs.

Stallard on Longview;  "This is a really good football team. We knew that in the middle of the year and it's really showing up now at playoff time. They're going to be hard to beat. I look for them to be playing for another couple of weeks."
 

Stallard on Kilgore; "You've got to be happy for coach Mike Wood. This team went 3-7 last year. They jumped out to 0-2 to start this season. That would knock down a lot of teams. He's pulled them out of it. Their only loss in the last several weeks in an overtime loss to a very good John Tyler team. Kilgore is balanced on offense. They've got a thousand yard rusher. They throw the football well. They're balanced on offense and play really good defense. That's what you need this time of year."
