He's the Sports Editor of the Longview News-Journal.

Jack Stallard talked with KETK's Danny Elzner about the District of Doom.

Chapel Hill, Gilmer, Henderson, Kilgore, Gladewater and Spring Hill will battle for three playoff spots this season.

Here's what Stallard said...

"It's hard to imagine a district as good as this one getting better. When the UIL realigned in February, Carthage and Pittsburg were moved out. They replaced them with Chapel Hill, a state champion and brought in Kilgore from 4A, a nine-win team. You've already got Gilmer who went 13-1 and Henderson, a recent state champion. This is a tough district, probably the best in the state. It's going to be a lot of fun to keep up with this group this year."

But leaving out BULLARD...when its in your own backyard and was runner up in its dist. last year
returning 21 seniors and most of its skilled players....
I am a graduate of Chapel HIll and totally love their success. I respect Henderson and Kilgore, but
why not show the love where its due.... Those other guys .... they are the Goliaths.... Bullard ...is the David....
just dissapointed in the journalism
