The Jacksonville Jaguars won the opener of the Region XIV Tournament in Tyler Wednesday.

The Jags beat Lee College in overtime, 78-65.

Jacksonville College will advance to play Paris Friday at 1:00 pm at Wagstaff Gym on the campus of Tyler Junior College.

Blinn eliminated Coastal Bend College, 104-70.
