Jacksonville — Jacksonville Police arrest a man after they say he was caught on tape stealing a TV.

24 year old Landon Gray was arrested Tuesday.

Gray is charged with 2 counts of retail theft and evading arrest.

Security footage caught Gray entering a Jacksonville CVS, then it shows him leaving with a TV without paying.
