On May 20 the owners of Phoenix Square Deli and Coffee shop announced  they would be closing.

Months later and this building finally has new owners, non- profit "A Circle of Ten", also known as C-10. This organization offers a variety of training and educational courses to inform East Texans on subjects such as literacy and technology.

The building space was within C-10's small business incubator, and recently the organization's board gave approval for the non-profit to utilize the empty building space. C-10 hopes to have this building open in two weeks as a venue to host educational seminars and lectures.
