TYLER - Today Smith County voters will begin casting their ballots early to decide whether the county will move forward with a proposed $125 million jail in downtown Tyler.

HDR Architect Curt Parde explains the proposed jail plan and describes the firm's architectural and consulting experience with other Texas jails.
