SMITH COUNTY - Jury selection begins Monday morning, for the third person to go to trial in the alleged "Mineola sex ring."

Patrick Kelly is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child, tampering with evidence and engaging in organized criminal activity.

In all, six adults have been charged in connection with the case.

Two of them have already been convicted and sentenced to life in prison.

Authorities allege the six people involved, forced children as young as 5 to perform sex shows together.
