NACOGDOCHES - A Nacogdoches County sheriff's jailer has been arrested and fired after allegedly trying to help an inmate escape.

Jail officials say, 29-year-old Lori Wade had allegedly formed a romantic relationship with 27-year-old Charles Cameron Frazier.

An internal investigation revealed that she had agreed to smuggle contraband into the facility and they were also crafting a plan to potentially break him out of jail.

This is the second female jailer to be terminated and arrested after having some involvement with charles frazier.
