East Texas Political Action Committee frontwoman is speaking out against spending

TYLER - Grassroots America-We the People's attorney is with the group's frontwoman, JoAnn Fleming in Austin Wednesday, filing a petition to stop state spending on health care reform before the Supreme Court rules on whether or not Obamacare is constitutional.  Recently, Texas AG Gregg Abbott said on FOX News, he thinks there should be an infrastructure prepared statewide that dips into the rainy day fund, just in case the Florida federal district judge's ruling, that deemed Obamacare unconstitutional, is overturned.  Fleming however says once that tax money is spent, Texans will never get it back.
