A federal judge on Tuesday allowed Arizona to enforce the most controversial part of its immigration enforcement law, the "show me papers" provision giving police the power to question the immigration status of people when enforcing other laws.

The order from U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton came after a number of individuals and civil rights groups sued to block it, saying the enforcement would lead to racial profiling.

The Supreme Court tossed out most other parts of the state law in June but said that provision could go into effect, at least for now.

Anyone from any place on earth who crosses any border of the USA without Immigration authorization is a criminal. Thousands arrived on Ellis Island near the Statue of Liberty and were either granted permission to enter the USA or return to their ship for passage back to their home land, in years of American history. No one is above the law of the land, which is the US Constitution. Another name for illegally invading the USA is terrorism or war. No one is above the law, no one!
