Former Kaufman County Justice of the Peace Officer, Eric Williams is reportedly a "Person of Interest" in the murders of Kaufman County District Attorney Mike McClelland, his wife and Assistant D.A. Mark Hasse.

Williams was booked into the Kaufman County jail Saturday on charges including making terroristic threats.

KXAS in Dallas/Fort Worth reports Williams is being questioned as a person of interest in the murders.

Williams was questioned by authorities following the McClelland murders, but he has not been named a suspect in the McClelland or Hasse deaths.

A lieutenant with the Kaufman Co. Sheriff's Department says "Mr. Williams has not been charged with any murder."
