Kate Gosselin: Jon must return $180k by Oct. 26
NORRISTOWN, Pa. (AP) - A lawyer for reality star Kate Gosselin says her estranged husband Jon has been ordered to return $180,000 in marital funds.
The divorcing stars of TLC's "Jon and Kate Plus 8" appeared briefly in family court Tuesday in the Philadelphia suburb of Norristown.
Kate Gosselin says her husband took $230,000 from a joint account.
Her lawyer, Mark Momjian, says an arbitrator will review another $55,000 she spent. Kate Gosselin says she used the money for household and child-related expenses.
The couple has eight children, including twins and sextuplets.
Momjian says Montgomery County Judge Arthur Tilson ordered Jon Gosselin to return the money by Oct. 26 or face contempt charges. He says Kate Gosselin must provide an accounting of past expenses by the same date.
They were only on the air in the first place for having a freakshow of a family. All of this was inevitable.

1 month agoPeople need to get off Kate!! She dose not have boyfiends 22 yrs old that she is on every TV show with, just so she can hurt jon like he is doing her.. You know it has to really hurt her that the father of her children and her husband is buying young girlfriend cars and taking them on exspensive French Cruise vaction!! --and most of all slandering her in public.... She has a say in the TLC show to and we all know when he got cut out of the show then he wants to take everyone down including his kids...
