Iowa man charged with intoxication manslaughter

Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting; an 11-year-old boy is dead and an Iowa man is charged with intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault following an early morning crash near Shepherd in San Jacinto County.
