MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Taco Bell officials deny claims made in a lawsuit that the meat in their tacos and other products is not all beef.

An Alabama law firm claims they had the meat tested, and it contained less than 35% beef.

The lawsuit says Taco Bell's "seasoned beef" contains other ingredients, including water, wheat oats, soy lecithin, maltodrextrin, anti-dusting agent and modified corn starch.

Taco Bell President Greg Creed said Tuesday in a statement that the lawyers who filed the lawsuit got their facts wrong. He says Taco Bell plans to take legal action.
