UNDATED- Cha Cha is a website for the texting generation.

It's a free cell phone service that lets you ask any question that can be answered with a simple web search.

It works a couple of ways. You can call 1-800-2CHACHA and ask a real person your question. Your answer will be sent to you in a text message. Or you can text CHACHA (242 242) , you will get a reply and then you can ask them your question.

You can also ask questions on Cha Cha's website.
