NEW YORK CITY — Rush Limbaugh fired back at the left Thursday after getting dropped by a group bidding to buy the St. Louis Rams.

Limbaugh on his talk radio program said,

"The real reason the press brought Sharpton and Jackson on me is they are using my deal with the Rams as leverage."

He also told his listeners the witch hunt to get him comes from the Obama administration getting involved in the National Football League.

Limbaugh says the player's union contract is coming up for renewal and this is how they are showing the owners who is in charge.

These are the same tactics that the liberal/Marxists used against Sarah Palin. Target your enemy, isolate them, freeze them, destroy them. What a shame that the NFL has become so politicized. Rush has just as much right to own a team as anyone else. Shame on them. Shame on the fans for tolerating this behavior. Who will be the next in line? Wake up America.

It seems that the perceived problem and those who chose to demonstrate offense by that perception could be satisfied in one fo two ways:
1. Only allow blacks to play professional sports or own teams, then see how the sport prospers.
2. Keep all whites away from professional sports venues as spectators, then see how those sports fare.
If these black athletes are seeing themselves as victims of the system, they should boycott athletics and find other work. Some people were not discerning enough to understand Rush's observation, which was pointed at a weakness in the ultraliberal sports media, and they demonstrated that lack of wisdom by putting forth the idea that black athletes, of whom there are many worthwhile examples, were in need of some degree of defense, which they were not sophisticated enough to provide themselves.
