It wouldn’t seem possible, but there are residents of Lindale who can claim dual residency…in a manner of speaking.

And when this was discovered John Clary, president of the Lindale Economic Development Corporation and former Mayor Jim Mallory, action was taken that would eventually lead them on a circuitous route through some federal regulations and finally arrive back in Lindale.

Confused? Well, it all has to do with Zip codes, the aforementioned federal government and attracting business to Lindale.
