Lindale fifth grade parents are showing their support the school play 'In God We Trust'.

They are wearing and selling blue t-shirts with these words written across the front, and "We Support LISD" on the back.

Earlier this week, the fifth grade class was not allowed to perform the full play on campus after complaints from the Freedom From Religion Foundation.

Those involve say they they disagree with the allegations, but also says they don't hate the Wisconsin based organization, and invite them to watch the performance Wednesday night.

The money raised will go to the church that is renting out the Lindale performance center where the play is going to be held.

TCBY in Lindale also donated 15 percent of their earnings to the cause.
