Visiting Angels, a living assistance service, is campaigning for seniors to 'ICE' their phones.  ICE stands for in case of emergency.  Visiting Angels encourages seniors to put ICE in front of emergency contacts in cell phones.  (For example, ICE Visiting Angels.)

Gaye Phillips, East Texas resident, says shes so blessed for these angels helping with her mother's care.  "My mother loves the people, they take really good care of her," said Phillips.

Visiting Angels is a 1 to 24 hour living assistance service for seniors, and they provide help to more than 80 seniors in East Texas.  The angels suggest to put in your cell phone a home health care provider first, followed by immediate family, like a spouse or child, and then even, an attorney.  Therefore, if there is ever an emergency, first responders will know exactly who to contact.

The angels also place an ice sticker on the back with number, just in case the phone is locked or isn't working.
