TYLER - The northeast side of the rose city may be getting some new houses.

Habitat For Humanity is building several houses between Duncan street and Angelina avenue.

Now, they're asking the city for permission to build - where only businesses are allowed.

Neighbors say they're ready for the more than two acres worth of new houses.
