RUSK COUNTY-Former Rusk County Chief deputy Dusty Flanagan is in more trouble with the law..

Flanagan was arrested again on Oppression Charges that stem from the alleged sexual harassment of a female Deputy.

Court documents state that Flanagan made unwanted sexual advances to the female deputy when he was the Chief Deputy in Rusk County. He turned himself in last week and was was released the same day on a Personal Recognizance Bond.

Flanagan is already headed to federal prison for two years. He was sentenced in March for assaulting a man who was in his custody.
