TYLER - With the warm nights and sunny days now upon us drivers will be getting some company out on the road's.

Each year around this time car accidents sometimes involve pedestrian's, and those on bikes.

Officer Don Martin says, pedestrians and bicycle rider's need to follow their own set of rules for the road just like driver's do.

"if it's a pedestrian they need to be walking against traffic , they need to be looking at the cars coming at them. if a person is on a bicycle, they need to ride with traffic, in the same direction of traffic."
