TYLER - Tyler firefighters say a man was driving his truck with an attached trailer, near loop 49 on highway 69.

Officials say the man's wife was following behind him and noticed smoke coming out of a mattress on the trailer.

Investigators say the fire could have started from a cigarette thrown by either the driver or a passing car.

no one was hurt in the fire, but the truck and the trailer were damaged.
