I-69 committee meets with locals

Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News reports; locals were able to hear and bend the ear of committee members on the proposed I-69 corridor; Tuesday afternoon.

Locals also were able to see maps and videos of the plan. The committee is recommending a bypass, off U.S. 59 that would traverse east of Diboll and Lufkin.
