On Tuesday, May 4, 2010, the Longview Chamber of Commerce will host its 14th Annual Business EXPO business-to-business tradeshow from 1:00-5:00pm at Maude Cobb Convention Activity Center. Approximately 60 exhibitors are expected to participate this year, with more than half of all available booth space on the tradeshow floor now secured by local and out-of-area businesses.

The Longview Chamber Business EXPO event specializes in helping its exhibitors build positive relationships with other Longview area businesses. Unlike other similar events, the Longview Chamber event is marketed as a business-to-business networking opportunity, not a general consumer trade show. While this approach has decreased the overall quantity of attendees over the years, it has noticeably increased the quality of the tradeshow’s attendees. Repeat attendees and committee volunteers continue to make note of this as one of the show’s greatest improvements over the last 14 years.

Exhibitor booth rates/sponsorships start at $500. Discounted rates, as low as $350, are available exclusively for Longview Chamber members. To secure an exhibitor booth, contact the Longview Partnership via phone (903.237.4000), email ( or the web (

The 2010 Business EXPO event sponsors are Angelina College Procurement Assistance and the Better Business Bureau. The 2008 Chairman of the Longview Partnership Board of Directors is Jim Kendrick (Longview Regional Medical Center) and Kelly R. Hall is the President/CEO.
