Longview, TX — A Longview man was charged with aggravated sexual assault Tuesday after authorities said a 4-year-old girl told a family member she had been abused by the man.

Gregg County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 30-year-old Jon Allen Hughes Jr. around 8 p.m. Tuesday at his home in the 5700 block of Texas 300.
