Does Longview really recycle? I set my recycle bin out on the curb faithfully every week, and one of the City's GARBAGE TRUCKS comes by to collect it.

If Longview does in fact recycle, why can't they accept ALL forms of Recyclable Plastics or ANY types of Glass?

Are they paying for this stuff like they do aluminum cans, or is it just an "electronic dumpster"?
