Longview — Tuesday was the culmination of a 23-year dream for Longview resident Claudia Rabenhorst.
Rabenhorst, a native of Brazil, was among seven Longview residents and 71 other East Texans who officially became U.S. citizens during two ceremonies in Tyler.
