Court reporter died in a crash, and transcripts cannot be found

Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; Raymond Leal stood up in court and admitted in December that he fatally shot his estranged wife. A week later, a Harris County jury showed no mercy, sending Leal to prison for 99 years.
