Louie Gohmert says Healthcare Reform Far from Over
November 8, 2009 - 6:02pm
TYLER - Congressman Louie Gohmert, who represents parts of East Texas, was one of the representatives that voted against the bill.
Sunday he was in Tyler, and he says the battle over healthcare is far from over.
Louisiana Congressman Joseph Cao was the only Republican to vote in favor of the health reform bill Saturday.

Mr. Gohmert is a good soul in the middle of an abundance of evil in Washington. Keep up the good work. East Texas supports your decision.

Keep on fighting for what is right! I cannot think of a single program that the federal government runs that works right. What we need is JOBS. With good well paying jobs we can afford our own health care. I don't need the government taking care of me or my family. Keep up the good work Louie we the people are behind you!

1 month agoTo you idiots here ripping on Louie: spend just a few minutes educating yourselves on what this health-CONTROL monstrosity will do to your ability to make personal decisions concerning your on health care.
If passed as obammy wants, you will have NO CHOICES left as to how, when , who, or what health care you get. Yes, I know some of you are stupid enough to need that kind of care, but the rest of us want to be able to make our own decisions!!
Louie: thank you for being a credit to your constituents!!

1 month agoIf our representatives were really concerned with our well being, they would be setting policies to help create and keep good paying jobs here in America with a true living wage, not with table scraps from the corporate tables, so we could afford to pay for our own health care without having to sell our personal soviernty to a bunch of idiots in washington.
