TYLER - East Texas Congressman Louie Gohmert, a ranking member of the Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism and Homeland Security was in Tyler today.

We asked him how he thinks the President should handle the situation in Afghanistan.

Congressman Gohmert is currently sponsoring a bill that would make it it mandatory that all foreign terrorists stand trial in military, not civilian courts.
