Company will operate 23 Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurants in 14 states, all outside of Texas

Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; Houston-based Luby's has agreed to acquire Paradise Restaurant Group, operators of Cheeseburger in Paradise, a restaurant and bar concept developed in collaboration with musician Jimmy Buffett.
