Lufkin burglars steal $6k worth of merchandise in less than 3 minutes

Can you help investigators solve the crime?

Two men are wanted for the burglary of a Lufkin-area outdoor power equipment store.

Authorities say that the burglars stole about $6,000 worth of merchandise early in the morning on Friday, November 9th, on the 5500 block of South First St. in Lufkin.

The men can were caught on security camera breaking a window at the front of the building to gain access to the store.

They took six generators, loaded them into a dark-colored single-cab, two wheel drive Dodge Ram pickup truck and drove away.

The truck appears to have chrom, tube-style side steps, and the men are wearing dark clothing with coverings on their heads and faces.

The stolen generators are Honda brand model numbers EU1000 and EU2000.

Only two minutes and fifteen seconds elapsed between the time the burglars drove into the business' parking lot and the time they drove back onto the street.

After breaking into the business, the men were in the store for less than a minute to steal the six generators.
