Atkinson calls policy "outdated"

Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting; Eric Atkinson, president of Atkinson Candy Company, told lawmakers he believes reforms are necessary to the “outdated” policy, in order to create a level playing field that would enable American companies to better compete against their foreign counterparts.
