Lufkin dry-cleaner robbers steal four wedding dresses

During the early morning hours of Monday, August 15, 2011, someone committed a single burglary and effected four brides and numerous others.

While remotely checking his video cameras, the owner of a Lufkin-area dry cleaning business noticed that the business’ cash register drawer was out of place.  The owner notified Lufkin Police Department and the responding officers found that someone had burglarized the business.

The owner arrived soon after the officer and found that the burglar had stolen numerous articles of clothing belonging to customers, including four wedding dresses.

The business’ security cameras captured the suspect stealing the clothes and going through the cash register but investigators have not yet determined the suspect’s identity.  Click here to view portions of the security video.
