Organization offering free vision and dental screenings
Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting; starting next school year, less fortunate families can receive more help from the Junior League of Lufkin for their children.
They'll be offering free programs like: vision and dental screenings, even haircuts and immunizations.
August sixth, qualified parents head to The1st Methodist Church for the free services.
Incoming Jr. League president; Jennifer Webster told the Daily News; “Our goal is to give away 1,000 backpacks full of supplies along with the free services."
