Lufkin Police arrest two for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia
Lufkin, Texas (KETK) — Two East Texans are arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lufkin Police were called to the 500 block of N. Warren Street at 12:11 a.m. Sunday morning for shots being fired.
On arrival, police found Heriberto Alonso, 21, and Olivia Pena, 30. (Pena not pictured at this time)
Authorities found both to be publically intoxicated.
After further investigation, officers found a crack pipe, digital scales, and plastic bags.
Both Alonso and Pena were arrested and charged with failing to identify fugitive with intent to give false information, fleeing a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication.
