LUFKIN - Lufkin Police are looking for a man who stole a ring right out of a man's hands Wednesday. It happened at a business in the Lufkin Mall on South Medford Drive. The employee describes the suspect as a 20-year-old black man, slim in build, with a mustache. He was wearing a red, white and blue shirt, and a light-colored pair of cutoff denim shorts.

According to reports, the man asked to look at several pieces of jewelry, which he inspected and gave back to the employee. That's when he grabbed a ring the employee was holding and ran away. 

Police say a witness saw the suspect leave the mall, get into a small car and drive northbound on Tulane Drive. If you have anymore information, please call Lufkin Police.
