A group of thieves in Lufkin used children to hide the merchandise they stole from a store... and it's all caught on tape.

It happened on April 1, 2012, just after 9:00 pm at a Walmart store in the Lufkin area.

The store's surveillance footage shows two black men, and one black woman working together to steal Sony Xplod in-dash car radios.

The group had two children in tow.

The woman stood guard while the men broke the locks of a display case.

They took the radios, and put them in the shopping cart, then moved to another area of the store, where the men hid the radios under their clothes.

Once the radios were hidden, the group split up. One of the men picked up a child to help conceal the stolen merchandise under his clothes, and then left the store.

Shortly after he left, the woman and the other man left the store, again using a child to hide the stolen radios.

The thieves left the store in two vehicles, both white, mid to late 90s models. One was an extended cab, step-side Chevy truck, and the other was a Nisson Maxima with three spoke, chrome wheels.
